I started using GoldenWest in 2012 to manage my condo. Previously I was managing it on my own, and I wasn’t sure that a management company would give me the level of service I wanted because it was only a single unit. But over the past 6 years I have been extremely satisfied with GoldenWest. They always responded quickly to service requests, handled rent issues efficiently, and did it all for a very reasonable price. It was a great experience and I highly recommend using them to any prospective landlords.

Leasing process is easy and straightforward. I was approved for a property within 24 hours and moved-in in a week. Very helpful staff. I love the house I rented and all maintenance issues were addressed right away. Thumbs up to Goldenwest!

Elizabeth Yang and the GWM team are great. I never have to worry about my rental properties, no matter where I am in the world. I can always count on them to be professional and honest with my tenants and sincerely look forward to a long professional relationship with this team.

Working more than full time and managing properties became more than I could handle. Not wanting to give up the quality service that I strive to provide, I reluctantly gave one property to Golden West Management. The transition was painless. After a few months of great service, I met with Maria to give her another property. Maria is very responsive, polite, professional, and has the ability to not only look after my interests, but the needs of the tenants. Vendors and repairs are also very responsive and reasonably priced. Maria's work ethic is unsurpassed. I have recently given her the rest of my Vegas properties to manage. If you desire quality property management, hire Golden West Management.

GoldenWest Management was great to rent from. We sold our house in August, 2017, and the owners leased it back to us until our new house was complete. The owners used GoldenWest as their management company and I'm glad they did. The experience was great. GoldenWest couldn't have done anything better from communication to the ability to pay the bill online. They are a truly professional organization.
