McKenna Property Management

When we initially signed documents to rent a property from them, they forgot that they had an appointment with us and had to wait an hour until they could see us. I emailed them when there was a significant increase in rent randomly for a single month. I never heard back from them. I requested maintenance on my property via phone call, I called multiple times over a month period but they no maintenance showed up. Eventually after 2 months someone arrived. I requested our code to get into our gated community. Each time they gave us an incorrect code. We had to get our code from the UPS delivery man. This is barely scratching the surface. I'm so fed up with this company. They are the least helpful property management group I have ever dealt with.

I never have written a single complaint about a company or service in my life until I had to deal with moving out of a property ran by this office. Moved into a home that had so many deficiencies I ran out of space on the initial condition report (this was a newer home in the mountains edge area). And these weren't small issues, large stains in the carpet, cracks in the ceiling, door frame ripped off of the garage, mold of some kind under the sink kind of damages. Someone was supposed to do a walkthrough to acknowledge these issues but after rescheduling twice and no showing on the 3rd appointment we gave up. Upon move out the office had no record of ever receiving this condition report I had documented verification of them receiving via email and sent me a refund of less than $20 out of the over $1200 I put down for deposit. After talking to multiple people and forwarded a copy of the original along with proof of confirmation of them receiving I was told they will go ahead and send me another $25. Basically my point is if you are a clean tenant, cause no damages, and want a refund of your security deposit upon move out go through another management company.

I had a wonderful experience with this Company. They approved my application quickly. Great staff and very friendly. Signing process was quick and painless. I will definitely recommend them.

McKenna Property Management has managed my properties for about three years. What I like about McKenna, compared to the other three property management companies I've used, is that McKenna works for property owners. This is quite different than some of the others I have experience with. Other property managers I have experience with are not willing to take the time and effort to control costs and manage tenants. They are too quick to appease tenants who have unreasonable requests at the expense of owners. I am happy to say that is not the case with McKenna Property Management. If you want a property manager that will work for you and not the tenant, try McKenna Property Management. You will be glad you did.

McKenna Property Management team are all professional, personable, extremely responsive, and go the extra mile to ensure customers' satisfaction. As an example, yesterday, a team member hand delivered a gorgeous poinsettia plant and Holiday Card, what a pleasant surprise and gift 🎁 ❣️Every interaction with every team member has restored my faith in mankind and has made me love Las Vegas❗️
