I am so happy I found Guardian Realty. They are professional, loyal and knowledgeable. They know property management inside and out. They evaluated the market constantly and advise me on all my real estate deals. They have never steered me wrong. They go the extra mile and always answer my calls. The Guardian Team is the best!

I've worked with the owners on various projects, and they are all so helpful and consistently honest. They try to be as fair as possible to tenants while still upholding their duties to property owners. In a weird way, they manage to keep their "humanity" in a business that easily refers to tenants as addresses and owners as bank statements. I trust them completely because they cover all their bases when working with you: if they can't fix it themselves in-house, they'll give you a reputable contractor to get things done affordably and well.

THIEVES!! with a license! I rented an apartment from Paul - who is a seemingly nice guy! The Puppet Master is another BEWARE !! I paid my rent for my first month and a deposit for the same amount. When it came to return the deposit MINUS the cleaning fee - I was given only 20% of the entire amount! Charged me fees, on top of fees on top of fees! The rent is to be delivered via a small mail box at their offices in which NO ONE is ever there! I was charged a late fee for every month, I WAS NEVER LATE ! I paid for my own mail keys and told that they would return my fee. NEVER Happen! My carpets were never cleaned before or during my move and when I moved out - I was charged the carpet cleaning! YIKES! I received an envelope 45 days later with page after page with fees of this and fees for that... When I called and tried to reach the "Nice Guy Paul" he said his client David Kolhmeier who manages the apartment, for his Boss, Attorney Michael Becker, instructed Paul not to return any of my security deposit. Sad really! Because, this was my former boss too! I resigned my position and was asked to move out by Michael Becker. Before my resignation, David Kohlmeier broke into my apartment on September 28, 2017 ( I was out of town) to look for possible files that I may had taken. No files were found - BUT my apartment was broken into with out my permission or knowledge at the time! Photos provided by another employee clearly shows David Kohlmeier on the FaceTime call taking photos of my personal items in my home. The police and District Attorney call this Burglary. There are many other management companies out there that protect the renter. After this ordeal, I have installed cameras in my new home inside and outside. Use them at your own Risk!

Guardian Realty is an awesome property management company. If your looking to rent or if you have property you want managed, Call them. They are on the ball and will take care of you. We love 'em. Dennis

As an out-of-state owner, I appreciated the care and level of service everyone at Guardian Realty gave my property. They were able to locate tenants quickly when the leases expired, handled difficult tenants and situations professionally and at all times kept me informed. I hired two property management companies before finding Guardian and the difference was like night-and-day. They managed my property for many years and I would highly recommend them to other owners.
