Black & Cherry Real Estate Group and Property Management

I am a property which Black and Cherry manages for me. The owner, of the company, Ashley, talked to me on the phone many times before I hired her. she is very calm and professional over the phone. After many conversation over the phone as I live out of state, with some questions and my concerns. I decided to give hire her. During this time, I was skeptical and not trusting because I had just fired another company because they do not have my business interest as a priority. However. this company is a fit for me and would recommend friends and family, if they needed a property management or renting, without any hesitation. Black and Cherry inspected my property and within days my property was rented. I am very happy for their professionalism, especially Sarah. She always return my emails and calls when I needed to talk to her regarding any issues. I am proud that I hired them as my property management company.

I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Black and Cherry Real Estate. I was a first-time home buyer with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. The agents were honest and they really helped to take the pressure off of me. One of the agents walked me through every step of the negotiations. I had issues with my lender and if it wasn’t for the agent I would’ve gave up under pressure. I will always recommend Black and Cherry Real Estate to my friends and family who are looking for homes or thinking about selling. Thanks a lot to everyone at Black an Cherry!

Professionalism!!!!!!! I m very satisfied with her job. She responded very fast to any question that I had about the process of renting my house. She did the best with honesty. Definitely I gonna use her again!

Outstanding owner to work with when conflicts arise. We had a situation where the owner was the only party that could develop a plan with a successful outcome. I was finally able to get Ashley’s attention to our concerns. She quickly put a plan into action with her staff. I’m big on communicating and I appreciate individuals that took a proactive approach to conflicts in business. That’s how you earn a client’s respect.

I was in need of a new rental home immediately, I called black and cherry. I was connected with an agent who was able to work with me instantly. I haven't done this too often but working with Cassie and the other ladies at the office they made it a smooth process. They answered all my questions, making everything clear and the application as well as the move in process run smoothly. They were amazing and so helpful!
