I have managed apartment for over 36 years. I need to say that they still have the old mind set in the business. They still take good care of the residents and the owner interest. Because the residents have been left behind I have left property management. A BIG HATS OFF TO NICKLIN PROPERTY Keep up the good work and standards. Goes to show that some things don't need to change.

I sent a request for A/C repair on Friday ( around noon) and now its Sunday night with no answer. I finally contacted emergency maintenance because my house is now 85 degrees. In contacting them at 6:48pm with my emergency, it is now 7:11pm with no call back. I have 2 younger daughters and 2 dogs that are possibly going to have to get a hotel room because this group can't seem to pick up a phone and call a 4 year tenant that is having this issue every single year without real solution. Pretty darn sad.

Nicklin Property Management has managed our Las Vegas property for over 8 yrs. We would highly recommend them to anyone in need of management services.....They have handled every aspect of the rental process and ultimately the sales process of our property. Their management was so complete that we sometimes forgot we owned the property. They not only found the tenants and screened them thoroughly, followed through on inspecting the property and arranging to have any repairs necessary completed in a timely manner. Their professional manner was evident in all departments ....When we decided to sell we contacted them they gave us the same great experience in selling as they gave us in renting....I can not say enough about Nicklin Property Management and the great employees that we have dealt with for over 8 yrs. Most of whom have been with the company all that time....which speaks well also for Nicklin Property Management. My company has worked with Nicklin now for over a year and have had nothing but positive experiences. My main contact has always been Julian and his communication for jobs, payments and invoicing has always been perfect. My company will always appreciate every work order the send. Nicklin does an excellent job with its maintenance upkeep of their properties

This management is absolute trash to say the least. The community is treated as if its a literal prison with all the dumb enforcements. Staff is completely rude and don't care about any of the residents. I've made multiple complaints based on the things they say they enforce and have yet to do anything about it in the two years I've lived here. I don't feel safe in the community especially when the security who is suppose to be helpful, parks and goes into the garages to have a drink and smoke with the residents, I've also caught them sleeping in their cars while "watching" the gates. Do yourself a favor and find another community that's more reliable and doesn't treat you like you're trash.
