Horrible HOA. I understand that no one wants to hear much from the HOA in the first place but they nitpick on the smallest thing and expect you to fix it in less than a month. The staff correspondence is very professional I will give them that, but also aggressive and unapologetic. I love my neighborhood but this HOA is the stain of living here.

CRIMINALS!! MY HOUSE IS IN DIS REPAIR AND UNINHABITABLE BECAUSE I DID NOT PAINT A SMALL WHITE STRIP ABOVE GARAGE AND BENEATH ROOF. YES; IWILL BE CALLING MY ATTORNEY. AND IF THIS HAPPENS TO YOU...... NOTICE THIS.... THEY SEND YOU YOUR ASSEMENT SEPERATE FROM ANY VIOLATIONS OR FINES. .... RIIIIGHT???? ASK A LAWYER WHY THAT IS........ LOL.... I PAY MY DUES AND MY NEIGHBORS DONT COMPLAIN ABOUT MY HOUSE BECAUSE I ASKED THEM AND HAD EVERYONE ON THE STREET SIGN IF THEY FELT MY HOUSE WAS IN "DISREPAIR"..... EACH ONE SIGNED "NO"......

Horrible! Moved here and just waiting for lease to expire to get out. The pool has been filthy since they openen it hundreds if not thousands of bugs floating and the office a guy named "Guillermo" needs to be fired! Sent him 7 emails with pictures and nothing happens. Gives us a excuse every time. In this hot weather the pool is very important especially for kids in summer break. Huge disappointment will contact health department to get these guys shut down!

GET OUT NOW!!! TERRA WEST IS THE WORST HOA IN YHE COUNTRY!!!! THEY WILL LOWER YPUR PROPERTY VALUR AND HARASS YPUR TENETS!!!

Hard to find in back of strip mall first time. Get uncomfortable and unwelcome for a couple visits I made. Don't have much of a choice but work with them. Meh. A bit disorganized for simple inquiries.
