Faulty Accounting. The guy mark is not someone you want to talk to. Generally you will only speak to him when something is REALLY wrong. The hoa has these kind of phone people that try to pass the buck as much as they can until the water has boiled so much that the Crabby Patty is flooded.

I am a resident in grand legacy. We are being pressured to pay $1,000 per household for all legacy properties to pay for attorneys to fight golf course closure. I found out today through my nephew who works for the new golf course management company that a contract has been signed and secured by the new owners Malouf and Haddad to open and maintain the golf course starting October 1st. Therefore, the pressure to pay the lawyers thousands of dollars is very premature.
