I had the pleasure of renting with AMG. They honestly were the best management company I have ever dealt with. If there was ever a problem with the property I would receive prompt and excellent service. There is a way to request service after hours and on weekends/holidays, you always receive a call with someone out to the property ASAP. I have had a great experience with AMG would highly recommend them to everyone.

HAVE NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES. STAYED AT 3 OF THEIR PROPERTIES AND WAS ALWAYS TREATED WITH RESPECT. WORK ORDERS DONE IN TIMELY MANNER. STAFF ALWAYS PLEASANT, FRIENDLY, AND OUTGOING. NEIGHBORS WERE VERY NICE. OFFICE STAFF IS AWESOME!!!!

Bad place no repairs manger tells other Tenants who call Security or the police on him for loud noise be aware you get threatened by the other tenants because of it manager also Yell at you Tell you she can’t wait till your lease is up because you Complain to corporate and corporate doesn’t mean anything if you review this state licensing how many times this company’s business has been revoked and changed hands I wonder if there really should be operating

Ive always had a good relationship with management since Ive lived here, but there are Felons living here including one above me who keeps cranking up his music and doesnt care when he does it!! In fact there are probably 10 or more felons living here! I dont understand why they do background checks if theyre not going to check them out! This is not entirely the current managers fault. but letting the criminal felon keep up with his noise is!!

Horrible staff to work with the pay is all right they say one thing and do another I would not recommend this to anyone and I would never have anybody apply here just because the women that work here are bound to try to get you fired to make them look better a complete f****** waste of time
