As a new tenant with Blackbird Realty, I would like to express how very pleased and impressed I am with their attention to maintenance & repair requests. Both Mark Lister & George Trombley have been so quick to respond in every aspect. I had an after hour call with a maintenance issue and George called me back immediately. I submitted a repair request to Mark and received scheduled repairs within the hour. In addition, they are both extremely professional & very courteous in every regard. I would most definitely recommend this Property Management Company!

My name is Patricia P. and Blackbird Realty has been the absolute best company for property management I've ever had the pleasure dealing with. So much that when I'm done with my lease due to work I have to relocate and I am going to use them again to find me one of their beautiful properties! They really look out for the tenant. Thank you very much for the fast responses to our maintenance requests. Mark Lister has been our main point of contact though we have spoken the people in the office once or twice. All issues were handled professionally. We were hesitant about using a management company to rent thinking it may cost us more $$. However the service was great and we like knowing that they can take care of any issues at our convenience. We love the place we rented. We appreciate Blackbird Realty professionalism and fast management style.

Everyone here is wonderful. George is the most knowledgeable, helpful property manager I've come across. He has been in business many years and has great vendors that complete the job in a timely, professional manner. I cannot say enough how grateful I am for George Trombley.

I want to take this opportunity to express how grateful I am to have your property management company recommended to me by an insurance agent in San Diego. A few months ago, my father asked that I help him with having an empty condo rented out in Las Vegas. He lives in Southern CA and I live in Arizona. It can be difficult to place trust in a company when you are not there to meet the associates in person; however, I would like to say Carlee changed all of that. Carlee took away our stress of getting a condo ready for rental and handled every detail. The level of communication from her did not give me any doubts about where we were in the process – I always knew. I was happy to report to my father everything was moving along and he did not have to worry. Thank you to Carlee and your team for all the hard work. I now believe there are great property management companies out there!
