I had a wonderful experience with this property management. I moved in 2013 to one of their rental properties and I have to say that in the 3 years I was with them, I had no complaints. Any repairs that I ever needed where taken care of in a timely manner, Customer service was great.
The best thing about them is that they helped me transition from a rental property to buying my first home. They had all the resources and helped me throughout the entire transaction. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends.

I'm shocked by these bad reviews. I have been working with GLVPM for more than 10 years and they are exceptional. I own several rental properties in many different cities and work with several property management companies. GLVPM is by far the best.

***DO NOT RENT FROM GREATER LAS VEGAS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT*** The Staff is rude. George (Owner), Justin (Manager), Brenda (Receptionist/Front Desk) have bad Customer Service. I'm unhappy with there services. Upon signing our lease we were told NOT to bother cleaning cause our cleaning fee (Not Deposit/Non-Refundable) would be used for that. We also filled out the form with things that were wrong with the property and took photos. We had the hardest time getting anyone to come fix anything.. We rented from this company and there rentals are not as advertised. It's hard to get service calls and a return call back. We were also told we are NOT ALLOWED at the final walk through once we move out. They made it clear we would not get our deposits back considering the home was left immaculate upon move out. We have a checklist and pictures we took upon move-in. If we don't get our Security Deposit ($1,000) and Pet Deposit ($400) back, we will report our complaint to the BBB and take it to small claims. We have read extremely bad reviews about this company. If we knew about this sooner we would have not moved into there property.
***BEWARE OF GLVPM***

Worst customer service ever. Just moved in and after the first4 days finally had everything ready to actually sleep in the house. Well we find out that the AC is broken. That was 10 days ago and it's still not fixed and beyond that they don't even have an idea as to when it will be fixed. Their attitude towards it is sorry we are fighting with the home warranty people as to who is paying for it. Then they say we'll legally it's habitable since you have 2 AC units. Well yes we do but the one that is broke is for the upstairs where the bed rooms are. So unless they can change physics and have cool air rise, 90 degrees at night in your bedroom is not habitable. If you're looking to rent Stay Away from this company.

Entrance not well marked. If you don't know where you are going, you can miss where you need.
