Very efficient team! Their response time has to be one of the quickest I've ever encountered. They leave you with a confident feeling that they are willing to go above and beyond to ensure they can service your needs. Always a pleasant experience, regardless of who I speak to. Definitely one of the best property management companies in town!

Horrible company! Process took forever. Asked for bank statements then passed that information on to the owner. States that they accept pets then tell you they don't. Rediculous questionnaire asking questions about whether you wear shoes in your house. Very misleading on the criteria to rent. Expect you to wait for days for a response. Border on Fair housing practices. We are filing a complaint with the Housing authority because of their screening methods. I would stay away from this company.

Family Property Management got me out of a very bad situation with another property manager who seemed to work for the tenants instead of the owner. Eric and Mikhail are fantastic and very responsive. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs to rent a property. They also charge less than my old PM.

We had a great experience renting from them. If we got to move back to Las Vegas I would definitely try to rent from them again.
