These People are the worst, Please do your self a favor and don't buy a home in one of there community's. They are total Communist and will nickel and dime you they could care less about the home owner they will go out of there way to fine you. they use scum bag Lawyers as well. there is no American values with this Firm THEY JUST SUCK Avoid at all costs

By Far the WORSE HOA. I am definitely making sure that I NEVER have to worry about them ever again. Fees and more fees and they love FINES for NO REASON. Just bored I guess.

Too expensive and they don't do anything to keep the neighbourhood clean and just want to collect and collect. If you are buying a house, don't buy under this HOA. they jacked up the price of their fees beacuse they lost a lawsuit. How is that our fault that you were sued and you lost???
