I have been a client of Avalon for about ten years now and I am very pleased with their service. Since I do not live in Nevada, it is important to me to know that I have someone there in Las Vegas who we be able to handle everything needed in the management of my property. They do a complete background check of prospective tenants and then maintain high standards to keep good ones. All maintenance issues are handled quickly. I have always been made aware if there is a problem I need to address. It doesn't happen very often because Bonnie, Laura, Irene, Lori and Israel are so good at their jobs and so professional that they generally take care of things without a fuss! Great group of people :-)

Avalon realty provided an efficient solution for an issue we were having with our front door lock. Lou came out from Houdini Locks and changed out the worn out door knob with a new one in no time. Very pleased with the service and courtesy. Thank you, Suzanne Smartt
