Desert Sand Property Management

8 days after applying I am told the application before me by a few hours had been accepted, my money ill be refunded but the company was unable to tell.me about this app when I looked at the house. Took 3 bus8nesa days for them to respond to my app afte4 calling and emailing. If you do end up applying with this company also keep house-hunting and applying to others because there's no guarantee or communication, now I'm 8 days behind schedule.

Wow, I have never thought to review this property management company till today. They've been amazing for these past 5 years. I appreciate their prompt responses. Ive pretty much have been helped by everyone in one occasion or another. They are fair and listen to your concerns. They have always answered my emails quickly and thoroughly. What more can you ask for? Ive read numerous reviews of how they are unhappy with their property management but this place is amazing. I love their online pay option. Im always too busy with work or kids that this would be the only way to avoid any late payments. Again, amazing service. I wouldn't have used their services that long of I was not satisfied.

Desert Sands was OK with me until it was time to move. Dave Santos gets all stupid if you ask how much the light cleaning fee is. He has ran this business for how long and you don't know the fees. It also took more the 30 days to return my deposit. All the sudden the office staff gets real stupid also when you ask about your own deposit. All in all I will never rent from them again!!

We rented a home in Palm Gardens for two years. The property was managed by Desert Sand! Lizbeth, Dave, and everyone else there were nothing but responsive, efficient, friendly and fair to deal with. We moved only because we needed a larger place, but if they had a property available that fit our needs, we would have continued to do business with this firm. I seldom rate five stars, especially for property Mgmt companies. However , our experience has actually been five star! Dino
