This company is a joke. They take your HOA every month and from the looks of it pocket every last dime. Anything that is wrong with your community or needs to be fixed never gets fixed. But then gives out violations on anything and everything just to make more money for themselves. NEVER buy or rent if your HOA is terra west!!!!

Terra West is the worse. They disregard our requests, blame things on us such as maggots in our freezer even though we only lived there for 3 weeks with no spoiled food. Sylvana Guinto kept ignoring my boyfriend's calls to take care of a situation, he had to block his number ID in order for her to answer. If you are thinking about going with them. Don't, just don't.

I AM NOW AWARE OF THE MEANING OF BEING BULLIED THANKS TO TERRA WEST.IN AMERICA ONE IS INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY,ON ALLEGED VIOLATIONS THEY SEEM TO BE DEAF TO YOUR REPLIES.
