We leased our home for 3 years before retiring to Las Vegas. We worked with Faydra who professionally assisted us through the process. We had good verified tenants within 30 days and our home was well cared for. First Serve Realty was nice to work with. Whenever we called with a question the response is quick, resolution when required was completed. I definitely would recommend First Serve Realty.

Dana's been very helpful. She's a quick problem solver. I enjoy doing business with her. Fadra, Pam and entire team are also very professional and helpful. If I buy more properties in Las Vegas, I'd love to sign up with First Serve Realty. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone who's looking for a property management company.

Do not rent from them. Would give Zero stars... not an option. I am a business professional who rented due to spouses re-assignment to the area. Have pictures showing the excellent condition we left the house (not first time needing to rent). Have emails from company approving pro-rate when spouse was re-assigned just shy of a year. They invented a $1700 “Misc Fee” to keep our deposit. As I learned when I contacted a lawyer to get money back...”companies like this know you really can’t fight...cost more to fight them for the money than it does to let it go.” (Moved out of state , and they knew it. Tried contacting them never called back, person responsible “not available”. Terrible company.

First Serve manages our single-family investment property and they are extremely prompt and responsive and take care of the many issues that pop up. Also very organized and transparent. Highly recommend.

Been using First Serve for a few years now to manage my condo. really impressed compared to some of the other PMs I have used.. The portal is perfect, the maintenance is quick (and reasonably priced) and the service has been timely. Will continue to keep using on my properties.
