Awesome property management company. Owners and employees go the extra mile to provide property owners a more than positive experience. At one time, another property management company was handling properties owned by my business partner and me. The level of mismanagement was incredible! HOWEVER, Costello has proven to be just the opposite from our prior mngmt. company. Costello is professional in all respects, with expertise that's hard to surpass! I highly recommend Costello if you are looking for a successful property management company.

Lorraine and Mark Costello. They have treated me awesome!! They are on top of their game. They have managed 3 properties in Las Vegas for me and do a fantastic job. They always pay on time and they take care of any maintenance with the properties with great contractors at reasonable prices. I have reffered everybody I know to Lorraine and Mark. They are the best Property Management Company in Las Vegas.

I Would Like To Help Anyone That Is Planning To Rent From This Place.. It Is A Scam Do Not Believe Anything These People Tell You. They Are Not Honest People.. They Basicly Robbed Me.. Do Not Pay The App Fee.. And The Guy John ..Is Very Dishonest Person. I Have A Credit Score Of 705 There Is Not Alot Of People Who Will Apply That Can Say That He Still Found A Way To Deny My App And Steal My 130 $ His Boss Said She Denied For One Reason And He Used Another.. They Took My App And Had The Place Rented Already..So Beware Its A Scam.. Do Not Pay The Response Message Any Attention The House I Attempted To Rent From Them Is Listed For Sale Now.. & Never Was Rented..Do Your Research As I Did U Will See They Put Properties Up For Rent For A Couple Days ,Then Take Them Off After They Collect Enough Fees..Also They Do Double Listing On The Property. The Next House I Applied For I Was Approved With No Issues And They Didnt Charge Both People For The Credit Check Just One Person. Also No App Fee..Just 35 $ Credit Check..So Beware Of All These Outrages Fees For Apps & Credit Checks. It's A Scam! If They Really Want To Rent The Place..Take The Example Above Of The Place I'm In Now.

This place is a total scam... John and Sarah have horrible customer service skills and very unprofessional. Would not recommend anyone use this company
