The apartment complex we are living in is nice and well maintained. My problem is with all the required fees attached to your lease. Yes, I read it before signing. We were moving from California and just had a death in the family so we didn’t have the time to check out other places. They require the “technology package,” which comes with only one box. They also require the “Valet Service” for $25/month, which I think is unnecessary and waste of money for residents. They only collect the trash from your front door 5 days a week and don’t collect if it’s a holiday. So if there’s a holiday like this Easter, they collected our trash for a total of only 4 days. If I pay for something per month like the rent and utilities, it should be provides every day. If not, prorate it. They make a lot of money with this “Valet Service.” I can take my trash to the dumpster and could save myself $25/month. Another issue is with the water, sewer and trash. The concierge service charges so many admin/processing per utility. It adds up. Why can’t I just pay my bills directly to Republic Services or the water company so I won’t have to pay for the unnecessary fees? And yes, I would like to be contacted to discuss these issues particularly the Valet Service.

I moved into Pinnacle's brand new community last Summer and LOVE Constellation. It's managed by this awesome property management company with exceptional service. The manager Will is on top of it and keeps the community looking terrific. There are always fun socials and it's a great way to meet your neighbors. I met the regional manager, Cassie at the "Picnic in the Park" event and adore her. She's so nice and you can tell Cassie and Will make a great team for the clients & community. WOW you don't find customer service like this often and really enjoy the lifestyle that Pinnacle promotes for their VIP residents. Thank you so much for making this my home.

I have had the pleasure of working for Pinnacle for the last 5 years & I can truly say that it has been the most rewarding experience. I have worked in other fields & I have never been apart of a better work environment. In a business like property management, it is imperative to feel supported, appreciated, & actually be in a place that you enjoy. You have to be able to keep a high morale in order to give your residents the absolute best service. Pinnacle grasps that concept, and it's evident in the way that we operate. As an employee here, you are given the tools you need to succeed and grow....& as an Assistant Manager, I am proof positive of that! More importantly, you will always know a Pinnacle property because of the immaculate condition of our sites & the professionalism we display on the job, day in, day out. We hold ourselves to high standards and I'm proud to be apart of this team.

St Lucia Apartments is the worse place you can live. This is the first and last time I will ever stay in an apartment because of this place. Office staff has no clue what they are doing, rude, never put in work orders so I’m constantly calling for repairs. They have no clue how to run this property. And not to mention there is different management every 2 months. Place is a joke never come here. Not to mention unsafe area car was also broken into!!!!

I joined Pinnacle 15 years ago and it was truly one of the best decisions of my life. It is an honor and a privilege to work for an organization so committed to providing extraordinary service to both external and internal clients. As a team member you are provided with a platform to excel and build a tremendous career....the sky is the limit!
