There should be a zero star option for this company. I have no idea where my HOA fees are going because they are the worst.
My gardener comes once a month yet I’ve been harassed for the plants in my front throughout the year when my direct neighbors and other houses throughout the community are in far worse shape. I called and left them multiple voicemails, none were returned. I emailed numerous times demanding I speak with someone over the phone and again, they ignored my request.
It took them over 6 months to remove a name off my HOA mailing list so my mail was being forward to another address. They did not take any responsibility for it and still fined me $100. Good luck if you get stuck dealing with Chelsea Hanson and Elizabeth Padilla. I am still fighting to get my fees back.

Trash. Don't accept credit cards here. Ahhh. Ok. Don't do resale docs here... Ok. So what do you do here. Dumpster fire of a business.

I am disappointed in this company. I called them a few weeks ago for a vehicle parked in front of my house, with out of state plates and two people living in it.Called them today (7/13/2017) about a different van blocking my parking that has no plates, and also with people clearly living out of it, with their possessions spread out over the ground. I called only to find out their office hours are 9 am to 4 pm Monday through Friday, closed on weekends, when their website description says open 24 hours everyday. (I suggested an edit to Google.) The auto recording gives you the option to press 1 and leave a voicemail. I pressed 1. I was actually connected to a answering service and was not able to leave a voicemail at all, with the answering service or with the business office. If your reason for calling is not on the list of "approved reasons" you will be instructed to call back during business hours. (Two of their approved reasons are "there's someone in my house" and "my house is on fire". If that's their idea of "approved reasons" and then honestly what is the point.)

In one word, the worst management I've ever experienced! The complex always is full of trash, plenty ofnonresident people in the gated area without any monitoring by security, most of garage doors are broken and look terrible, and whenever I call them, the secretary transferes to the voice messaging system, and no response! I can't understand what is the association fee for.. zero management, zero security..

One of the most unprofessional management offices I've ever visited. The front desk clerk is terribly rude.
