New West Property Management

We rented from New West in December of '16 and singed a one year lease. In late-September we happened upon the perfect house to buy and decided to move on it, breaking the lease. Although I was extremely concerned that New West would lazily work to reoccupy the property and keep us on the hook through the end of the year, they did quite the opposite. They found a new tenant in less than three weeks and relieved us of our liability much sooner than we could have ever hoped. Additionally, they gave us our entire deposit back. It was deserved, we took great care of the home while we were in it, but getting a full refund is a rare occurrence with property management companies in Las Vegas (or elsewhere for that matter). The fact they had the integrity to do business the way it should be done earns them five stars in my book. We were good tenants, and in turn they were good landlords - it's nice when things work out that way.

I've used this company for over 10 years and they're always nice, professional and helpful. I highly recommend them!

Scam. They listed a property for rent on Zillow late Friday evening. They were closed on the weekend with no way to submit an application electronically through the website or email. I got there Monday morning and walked in as they were unlocking the door. The receptionist pulled up the property and collected my application and fee stating it was open; then someone shouts out as im standing there from the back office stating it rented. How is that possible? Stay far away....waste of time and unprofessional.

I'm so grateful for these people!! They are amazing!! Melissa is so kind and caring! When I need anything they are quick to get it done. It's so nice to have a company take such great care of their tenants.
