Ace Property Management

ACE has been a great property management company to deal with. We have been renting a home managed through them since 2014 and they are always responsive to issues and very, very easy to work with. Love that you can pay your rent online, too!

I have been waiting for the dishwasher to be repaired or replaced since July 2016... that's a year ago. I have been waiting for the lawn to be redone since it died last summer... part of my rent includes landscaping. The wet bar has NEVER worked, and Mary at Ace Property Management said it will never be repaired (apparently, it was a clause they buried in the contract) The doorknob leasing from the backyard (what of it there is) inside the house fell off... I was told that I could go to the store and buy a new one, then install it myself. That's not difficult at all, but really? After trying for what seemed like an eternity to get Mary (my apathetic, combative, and rude property manager) out to the house, she finally left 2 voicemail messages... the first apologizing for not getting back to me sooner because of "how hectic the office is", and the second letting me know that "if she wasn't able to come in, she would file for a court order". At $1510 per month, I have paid nearly $20,000 for the one year my family and I have been here... the only time my rent was late was when their on-line payment portal failed, and I drove to their office to personally bring the rent due. True horror story... never rent from Ace Property Management.

RUN and find someone else. If you only want a check and don't care who you rent to, this company is for you! Otherwise, I warned you.

SHADY!!! The owners of the house we rented were nice but that is the only good thing I can say. You can hardly get the company on the phone. The repairs are usually sub-par, if it were my home I wouldn't be happy with the level of work done. Trash bills are billed inconsistently and sometimes three quarters at a time. They act nice in person but when you move out watch out and take pictures of everything!!! I was in the middle of buying a home and forgot and now they are trying to pin me with things we didn't do. Read your rental contract with a fine tooth comb because there were things in there that were not standard. Renter beware, there are plenty of rental agencies out there, definitely use a different one.

Horrible experience with this property management office in general. Did not open on time. Leasing agent Mary extremely rude and did not provide adequate information. Abruptly hung up on me while asking for further information about a property. Did not correctly specify on application of pets were allowed in result wasting applicants time! Absolutely unprofessional and uneccesarily rude! Their website has a Findlay Toyota phone number as their main form of communication. I will be contacting the BBB!
