People moving or currently living in Las Vegas, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!! Stay away from this company at all costs. Absolutely the worst possible experience I have ever been associated with in my life. A bunch of children trying to be adults with zero business sense or business savvy, literally a circus. No clue, No follow up, No sense of business, No professionalism, etc.... Stay away, they could care less about you, all they want is grab your money for their investors. They will not return calls, if they answer your call at all. Everything is through email and their backdoor business practices. It's a shell game dealing with them and you will lose every time. Zero accountability on their end!!! If you are reading this and have half a brain, you will stay away from Turn Key Solutions. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, DON'T DO IT, YOU WILL REGRET IT.................By the way if there were an option for zero stars, I would have chosen it. Also, Turn Key don't reply to my rating with the typical "We are sorry you feel this way, please call us to resolve any issues", because they won't answer the phone anyway.

I have a laundry list of complaints about this company, but I’m not about to waste my time listing all of them. Due to the nature of my husband’s job, we move often so we are frequently searching for rental properties across the nation. I feel like we are ideal renters as we do not have any pets, we ALWAYS pay rent on time, and we respect the properties as we know they are not our own. NEVER have we had an issue with a property management company like we have had with Turn Key. This company is a joke. I am uncertain how they are still in business honestly. I’m so infuriated with this company that I may be making a phone call to the BBB after writing this review. Like I said, I will not list all of my complaints, but one must be addressed. THEY NEVER, EVER RETURN PHONE CALLS!! I cannot comprehend how a company can run a successful business and not return their customers’ calls. Just this week I have called the company five times throughout the day, I have left multiple messages on different answering machines to no avail. I guarantee to all of you reading this, that the company will reply to my review asking me to give them a call back. I ask you this, Turn Key, WHAT IS THE POINT? You won’t answer your phone and you won’t call me back. Please, I beg of you all, do not rent from this company. It will be the biggest mistake of your life, like it has been mine!

I'm only giving 1 start cause I have to, to get to write a review. I have been with this property management for 6 years and have had nothing but issues. Now that I'm in my last 9mths of the lease there has been nothing but issues and headache after headache My roof has been leaking for over a month, the porh is damaged and unsafe. the property management and owner have both known and do nothing about it. Along with many other things. They don't respond to emails they don't care about what is illegal and against the law. The general are all about the money and are terrible all around. Beware!!! Don't rent from them or use them as property management you will regret it.😥 I have seeked legal advice and what they are doing it illegal So if you see there true colors are showing ....in every response on these reviews they say there in nothing found in database and such I'm hear to give you my experience with them and help you make a decision. Funny how I'm not found in the system but I have paid rent to turn key for the last 6 years on time.

Friend of mine had her house shot up and Turn key had zero sympathy. A horrible company. Do not rent through them.

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. They represent crooks. I wish i had read the reviews before signing any kind of lease with them. They promise things will be done to the property prior to move in (like cleaning or fixing fridge doors, microwaves adding a garbage disposal etc.), those things won't be done, then you have to pay for repairs that get half assed, AND THEY KEEP YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT. They get sued ALL THE TIME. Don't waste your time or money signing with them.
