The worst property management that you can rent from be aware please when I first started looking for houses in Henderson I found this really cute town home they came and showed it to me eventually I went ahead and put in the application they wouldn’t want To approve me even though I had perfect rental history there were claiming that they wanted to ask for more deposit I thought it was kind of weird because I make really good money plus I had a great rental history my credit wasn’t the best but it wasn’t extremely bad either I let them know that if it was the same deposit I will take the property otherwise I wouldn’t and I was gonna walk away since I was already given themLike $3000 between deposit and first months rent the win ahead and spoke to guess of one or two people instead of that I was a Approve when I first moved into this property both of the showers were waterfall to the first floor it took them about 10 days to fix this issue there is also various things wrong with the house like broken blinds missing screens for windows broken doors dishwasher wasn’t properly install the switch were missing the covers so basically they were exposed to electric wires I was horrified I went over there trying to get my stuff fixed defect the most important things which it was a waterfalls and both of the bathrooms upstairs so I couldn’t shower I couldn’t put the water on my name for a long time because there was a bill that was owed on the property about a week ago I called to us for a few things to get fixed the screen so we’re still missing for about two months ago that I put in the first request the broken drawers and a dishwasher that I have never used had an awful smell coming out of was thinking my whole entire kitchen living room haven’t had a response today is the ninth No they just put a notice on my door that I have not paid rent I have five days to pay it when this past April 3 I slept an envelope with $1265 money order sealed inside please do not rent for this company it’s the worst property management that you can ever rent from That’s without letting everyone know that if you call you can never get a hold of anybody I wouldn’t doubt it that the five star reviews that I see on this page might be from people that already work there because this place is a joke

This property management company is a joke. Dealing with them for 5 months now and every month there’s a conflict. The home we rent was not maintained by the Pre ious tenents but the manager always has an excuse for the issue. It takes weeks and in many cases months to have minor maintenance request addressed. We asked for the main air filter to be replaced as we have 3 out of 4 people living here with major asthma. 2 of which are children under 5. That request was put in a month after we moved in and it just now was addressed end of Nov. and come December rent invoice we are being charged for it. EVERYTHING is a fight with them. Our actual magnet Cheri is careless with her responsibility and gives attitude anytime we ask a question or repair as if it’s her home that we are renting and it’s a personal attack on her home. So far I’ve only interacted with one person in there that’s even

This company cares only enough to take your application fees and not approve you for a house. Don't waste your time and money with them.
