It has been a pleasure to do business with the owners Bob and his son Chris. They have consistently shown honesty and professional reliability. They have been providing exceptional services for us . Recently we were out of the country when a plumbing failure soaked a ground floor. Bob and Chris immediately organized a massive repair job, which included the replacement of the ruined carpet with hardwood floor and dealing with insurance matters on our behalf. Their expertise in home maintenance is an extra bonus for their customers. We feel very lucky to know Bob and Chris. PS/ we love their staff, too, especially Patricia. You should always ask for her when you have questions :-).

I can't even imagine giving this company even a star, but I had to, in order to post this comment. They are abysmal at best. The latest in their terrible management is to charge me $100 for an eviction notice that I was never served. Now they have locked me out of the payment portal again to punish me. They never informed me of this late fee but conveniently it appears two months later. They also lock you out of the payment portal for your first offense of late payments even if there was a mess up on their end and they withdrew the money a day early. The houses wasn't cleaned when I moved in, I had to wait to move in so that the carpets could be cleaned. I couldn't wait any longer and so had to move in while they were still wet. I also had to clean up all the construction mess left around in the downstairs when I moved in because they failed to do that too. When it came time to renew the lease, they made sure to remind me that I would be charged a fee and this and that (multiple letters) if I didn't renew before the end of my current lease. However, when I pushed them to give me how much the lease amount would be going up, they dragged their heels for nearly a week and a half. I called them repeatedly and was told, I can't give you that information you have to wait for the manager to come back from sick leave. This is the WORST management company ever. They will take your money. They will cheat you and they have no remorse about it what so ever.

Never rent a house from this leasing company. We have went 2 weeks without A/C now and it is currently 115 degrees. Getting a hold of the owner is impossible. The receptionists are extremely sweet and kind. They do the best they can! But the vendors that Premier assigns to the work orders are absolutely terrible. One of the vendors that came out to "fix" our A/C was tweeked out on drugs and did not even do anything to the air conditioning unit. Stay away.

Well premiere property is just what every complainer said...they are unprosseional and bullies..if anyone is complimenting this company they never rented from these people...they are bullies and very deceptive people..they will tell u anything to rent to you..then up ur rent every year as long as u take it...or trying to force u out...it is only because of this company...i want to move..they are tearing this mans house apart..he is in his 70s...and hasnt had a clue...so sad...i have never in 20 years complained about a management company...but this one im sorry after 2 years i have had enough....complaining for 2 years i have had a broke fridge for 2 years.....im moving...i was stupid and a tourist when i got here..i didnt even know i was paying almost 300 more then my entire street...my fault i should have been more hands on
