12/4/2017 I have been using Key Property Management ever since I have moved into my current rental unit. All of the people that I have dealt with in their office are very professional, honest, trustworthy and have the well being of their renters in mind. They are extremely courteous, fast and very efficient from gathering and completing all of the necessary paperwork in an expeditious manner to make the move-in process very easy to deal with. Their office staff, especially their Office Manager, Shayna, is right on top of every issue that could possibly arise to help smooth things over. I recently renewed a lease with Key Property Management and the process went along very, very smoothly. I am glad I stayed with this company. If there is ever a maintenance issue, (which is rare) they are always there to take care of any problems without any delays or hesitations. From an administrative to a service need and to everything in between, Key Property Management is the Property Management company that I would recommend to handle all of you rental needs without any reservations what so ever. They are truly a company that cares and you can count on to be there for you when you need a job done correctly. i signed on for key mngt services, Nov.'17. i have had rental props since 2003 and mostly did myself with one management co. in FL. My experience with them was hit and miss answering phone and slow follow ups which is a huge minus for me. Key has been attentive and timely job done follow up reports.

Key Property Management has been our property manager for 7 months now, Prior to them, we had another property management company that was terrible, Brian and Shayna are a pleasure to work with. Their accounting and reporting is clear and one of the best, they reconcile each account and pay on time every month, They use very reliable and reasonable list of maintenance vendors. I had to select a star to post this, but make NO MISTAKE, I give these people ZERO stars. I called twice about the same property, was told to apply. I did just that, paid the $60 just to get an immediate phone call that this listing is actually not available and they would be refunding my money. SURPRISE, they did not refund my money, i had to contact my bank to get my money back. AND the listing is still up and property shows available. CAN WE SAY SCAM ARTISTS?! This experience shows first hand why property management companies have such a bad reputation. I will be getting in touch with this property's owner to report this situation as well.
