We moved into our property and found a few things that needed to be fixed. Not only were they quick about getting someone here to fix these issues they were great about working around our schedules. The entire process from signing to fixing to handling communications has been amazing. I would recommend Triumph in a heart beat to anyone looking for a place.

Triumph was my property manager. I was not happy with their services as a property manager. HOWEVER, when I decided to sell the properties under their care, Brittney O'Connor was an excellent realtor. She went above and beyond to make the sale of my properties run smoothly. I will use her services again when the opportunity comes.

Triumph runs an experienced operation with clear systems in place. The owner, Kami comducts his business with professional and personal pride and effort. The agent, Brittney combined attributes of strategic clarity, procedural execution, empathy, good communications, and patience helped produce a great final outcome of many offers, quick closing, and selling price above initial goal and expectations. The results were especially meaningful to me — to get the best return on investment — as an obligation to my late wife who initiated purchase of the now sold property, wanting to leave the benefits to our young children..
