I can only speak for myself and look at my past reviews. I'm a very TOUGH critic! Terra West has been all around excellent for me. From helping me find a rental, answering questions, maintenance issues have been resolved by the NEXT DAY. I've been here almost a year and so far A+!

Most abusive property management company I have ever encountered....Avoid at all costs, it would be a mistake buying in a community run by these people. They have very aggressive nit pickers on the property all the time. My guess is any 5 star reviews especially the ones with no commentary are from within the company.

If I could give zero stars I would. We've been dealing with a woman named Erin and she's an absolute nightmare....our air conditioner is not working and when we called to get it fixed for the second time in 3 days she tells us that they have had a lot of air conditioners break this summer. Like that's our problem. She acts like getting someone out to our home that we pay rent on time for every single month is coming out of her check. It's ridiculous. She shouldn't be in a position to help customers with the horrible attitude that she has.
