This is one of the worst management companies I have ever had to deal with . The people are rude they actually charge you to do maintenance, and they up the rent every single year and it's either pay the additional rent or move out they are unwavering. They have charge me things that I've had to throw a temper tantrum over and then they say poops my bad... if you pay with a credit card they charge an additional fee of like $37.50- I will never rent from this company again they are so bad that Wardley Realtors made them about their building and now they're making them change their name too. Don't ever rent from this property management I promise you you will regret it they're that bad

I wish I could give 0 stars, this has been the absolute worst property management company I've had to deal with in 10 years. Slow to respond. They once charged me double rent and then claimed they couldn't give me my money back and I had dispute it with my bank. They are slow on repairs and then want to charge you $75 when the crummy appliances break down.

DO NOT USE THEM! Worst customer service I have ever had. Derek Lether told me that my tenant had renewed for a year in December of 2015. In March, I received an email from them saying the tenant had put in her notice. For 3 weeks I tried to reach and nothing. When I finally received an email back, his response was "I sent her a contract, it wasn't my fault she didn't sign and send it back. I did everything I could". I then was able to get in contact with Don, who was much more helpful and did a walk thru with me. At the point of the walk thru, we found out that the tenant had a pet (Which it specifically stated in the contract that she was not allowed); Wardley was supposed to do inspections on the tenant. but obviously did not. It is now 2 months later, I still have not received a call from the broker and no money has been returned to me. At this point, they still owe for the first part of rent of April (which when I spoke with their accounting team, the response was "OH! Looks like the tenant never paid for it, weird.". They always give you the run around, they are terrible with communication and I am still fighting with them to get what is rightfully mine (Which I probably never will). I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Again, they are TERRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL, LIARS, LAZY and have been giving me the run around for 2 months now. DO NOT USE THEM AND SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF TROUBLE.
