Stout Property Management Company

I have been living at one of their properties for almost 7 years. My managers name is Rosie. She goes above and beyond. She is professional, but she is also Very compassionate. I love going to the office. They treat me like family. Usually when I hear about people getting angry with a manager (blaming them for rent increases) it is not the manager. Stout sets the fair market value. God Bless, BE kind and be honest.

I received a 30-day No Cause Notice to Quit (eviction) on December 29....the end of the day on a Friday before a 3-day weekend. The problem is that I'm UNDER A LEASE until February 28! When I called the office to find out the real reason for the eviction, Renee told me, "There really is no reason or no cause. If you'd like to come down, I have a 2-bedroom renovated model I can show you and we can sign you to a new lease." Harlow "Luxury" Apartment Homes is trying to evict me before my lease is up so that they can renovate and charge the next tenant $275 more a month! I e-mailed notice to the office and dropped a letter in the overnight box letting them know that I would not be accepting their eviction notice and I have yet to receive a response. Why would you even REMOTELY think it acceptable to evict someone while there is a lease in place? Money, money, money, that's what they are all about! This is completely and totally UNACCEPTABLE! By the way, your management must really suck because even your maintenance guy complained the 3 times he was here about how she refuses to buy proper parts for repairs, he's underpaid and overworked, and they don't offer free or reduced rent to employees! UPDATE: After faxing the letter I submitted to the leasing office to Stout Management, I received an e-mail from the leasing office acknowledging receipt of my letter and still booting me at the end of my lease with no option to stay. According to the leasing manager, STOUT MANAGEMENT is forcing her to evict 4 tenants a month so they can renovate the entire complex. Stout wants me to contact them, but they have ALL of my contact info and HAVE NOT BOTHERED to pick up the phone and contact ME. It's easy to post niceties on the internet for others to read and act like they care, but if they truly cared, they would have called to apologize for kicking me out before the end of my lease!

Stout Management Company is a great property management company with excellent staff. They are always eager to get to the bottom of an issue and make sure their residents are well taken care of. 5 Stars from me because Google doesn't let me leave 10!!!

I moved from California to One of there properties on Jan 3 2018, before I moved there I informed the lady on the phone that I will be working from home and need an upstairs apt. When I get there she put me in an apartment down stairs from a young family with little children on the end in front of the playground! Smh I told her that I could not work from home in that environment because they were playing the music loud and the kids were playing kickball on the wall to my room..she said I would have to stay 6 months before I can relocate....well that forced me to go out and get a job and I almost did , on Jan 24th as I was going to my orientation a man Robbed me at GUNPOINT in the parking lot of the property and took everything including my ID and social security card so i couldnt get the job then. I had to send to Milwaukee to get my birth certificate go through a lot to get my id and social back. And their solution was to evict me not even giving me a chance just put me on the streets...i have my id and social and they held my position for me , so I asked the lady if they would work with me and she coldly said that's not how it works, wow I even offered to pay a little more on top of my rent till I catch up...this has really been the worst! Experience I've ever had.

Green Tree Apartments- Multiple #Pd at this property, and this is for the girl who was raped at this property using me, and to top it all more multiple connections to other properties. Exploited and Missing Kids, teens, and the use of Human Trafficking at this property. This is what you'll get for disclose in personal information to the public. Now. Will see what multiple #Pd! Along with the detectives for multiple assaults. 3x times income illegal business they got to say now raid all apartments, and houses. THIS IS WHAT YOULL GET AND THIS ONE FOR MY MOTHER! Multiple #Pd for intent to assault my mother, and I with intent to rape along with double kidnappings. All intents failed you'll. Wrongful termination of contract for threathing of a lease. THIS IS WHAT YOULL GET IN RETURN! Families stay out this apts for this reason Human Teafficking and covering up for Most Wanted Criminals are hidden in this multi- apts#
