I AGREE WITH THE SINGLE REVIEW ON HERE OF JUST 1 STAR. THEY GAVE ME A CAR WITH ONLY 1 CIGARETTE PORT TO CHARGE A GPS AND CELL PHONE AND IT DID NOT WORK SO I HAD NO CELL PHONE OR GPS ON A 1000 MILE TRIP. I ASKED FOR A 100.00 CREDIT ON A $523 RENTAL AND ALL THEY COULD SAY IS "UNBELIEVABLE ". I WILL BE CONTACTING BBB UNLESS THEY TREAT THIS CUSTOMER FAIRLLY. THEY ENDED UP GIVING ME A 10 PERCENT CREDIT BUT AS OF 7 DAYS LATER IT HAS YET TO APPEAR ON MY CREDIT CARD SO I AM DISPUTING THE CHARGE WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY.

If I could do no stars I would... told the reps that I travel for a living that I would turn it in at Amarillo and they set it as me turning it in at liberal now I am paying hundreds to thousands of dollars with a car that no hertz will take until they are able to contact them it's been 3 weeks and still no call back O and it's a corporate car that they don't even rent out.
