Mid Missouri Property Management LLC

The last 4years I have been a resident at one of the properties managed by mid mo properties. During this time I have found the individuals I have had dealings with to be pleasant, and easy to work with. I have never been treated with anything other than respect.I have recommended them and will continue to do so. I am moving and can honestly say that I hope my relationship with the new property management company will be as good as it has been with this one

My experience with Mid Missouri Property Management was absolutely horrible. This is a warning to anyone who is trying to rent from them! I wish I could list everything but it would take me hours. For starters, they took three to four months AFTER move in to give us our lease, saying they were backed up with work. We had no initial inspection, which ultimately led to them trying to charge us 800 DOLLARS at the end of the lease due to damage that has been caused by the THREE previous tenants. They were overall rude and disrespectful and very hateful. The place where I stayed was overpriced and in terrible repair. For example, We had a hole in our ceiling that they took THREE MONTHS to repair. During those three months, upwards of 20 wasps made our apartment their home due to the gaping hole. Not only was this awful for utilities but we were constantly dodging angry wasps. They then tried to charge us for spraying for wasps even though it was completely their fault. They lied to us several times and were complete crooks. They are incredibly and ridiculously disorganized and I am honestly SHOCKED that they have their licences. Please do not rent from them!!!

Zero stars if I could. I heard nothing but bad experiences from family and friends. I still had given them a chance after meeting with a few employees that are no longer there (high employee turnover rate) BIG mistake. They don't fix anything and weeks after our walk through when we moved out they tried to charge us twice the amount of our deposite. First they gave us an amount they were to pay us out of our deposite then they said they wouldn't give us deposite until we paid another months rent. Which we paid up until our lease was over like we're supposed to. All there properties are not well kept, and they even had been investigated by the state and then audited by the government. We had lost groceries three times because of old appliances, never did they fix the raccoon problem they knew about even after one fell through their ceiling. They are crooks and unprofessional. I would heed the warnings! Do not lock yourself into a lease with them they will try to rob you for money they are not even entitled to.

Do not rent from these people, they will rent out property that is extremely expensive, roach and spider infested and drafty. When you decide to leave they will take your security deposit and any other deposits and proceed to send you a bill in the mail charging an outrageous amount of money for items that were in better condition when you left than when you moved in. They will force payment in an unreasonable amount of time and if payment is not received will send collectors to your door.
