Working with the team at Deca was a honestly VERY pleasant. They worked to get my property in great condition to rent. Their maintenance team was transparent which is what I appreciated a lot. Aside from that, their leadership is awesome. They owner of the company takes pride in his business and does what he can to ensure that everything that happens, happens fairly. If you are looking for a 'A' grade property management company, Deca is the way to go.

Deca has been managing the property I’m living in for almost five years now, and the experience is AWESOME. I’ve dealt with some horrible landlords and property managers but, my property managers Jim and Caroline are Awesome with everything. Words cannot really express the experience I’ve had with Deca. If something goes wrong with anything in the unit I reside in, you can guarantee it will definitely be fix within a decent time frame. I’ve never waited no more than forty-eight hours to get a job done. The receptionist is always pleasant and professional. I would definitely recommend Deca Realty to anyone. And thank you so much Deca.

I went to the office to just get a list of the properties they had available, instead the receptionist (Vonda) offered to let me review the listings on a computer they have available for use. She helped me go through the listings and was very helpful with the questions I had. I didn’t find anything that fit my current needs but I will continue to check the website. Thanks for great service!

I give them 4stars because they were promoted with getting back to me and staff was very polite and house was nice very few things needed to be done I was pleased
