Amoso Properties

We are so pleased with Amoso properties! We are new to owning rental properties. We were with a different management company that could not rent out properties, but were kind enough to refer us to Amoso, were we glad! One property rented in ONE day and the other 3 weeks. They found wonderful tenants and we are thrilled. They really work with us on keeping us informed. Thank you Meghen and Joe!

Called them as a first time investor. Not only did Joe give me the details about their service, but gave me invaluable advice about first time investing in real estate. He also recommend that I choose a lower rate package to keep costs low which is critical during the initial stages. Will consider them for any property management help in St. Louis.

We've had the pleasure of working with Joe and Meghen for the past year. We've had no complaints with the service or follow up if the need arises. We currently have 3 properties with them and I know they're well looked after. If you're looking for a good Prop Mgr, call Amoso!

Amoso is a really great company. Great people. Super friendly and responsive, and they are very knowledgeable. Everything from fixing a clogged sink to dealing with city inspectors, they were on top of things and made my experience as a renter very excellent.
