I would have to agree with some of the other reviews around the net. I do not like the way that this company conducts business. They are very disorganized. It was three weeks after our property was sold before anyone from this company even contacted us. I had to give them my contact information four times before I was given access to their portal. There are only two aspects of my rental that involve them, and they fall short of meeting my expectations with both. First of all I always have my rent well before it is time to pay; however, they make it so difficult to pay them, they don't take Cash, PayPal, Debit etc. (They company they acquired the building from accepted all three) Second, I have discussed maintenance requests with our property manager as well as through their maintenance portal, with no response. At this point I feel sorry for the investor who chose this business. All four of the tenants in this building are fed up with this company. I am sitting here with my money in hand again and no way to give it to them and there is a pipe under the sink that has been leaking causing more damage for who knows how long. I run a business and we bend over backwards to accept every different type of payment that people offer, just like every other successful business, and when our customers come to us with problems we listen and solve them. At this point I wouldn't recommend them to manage a parking space. Funny the five star review on google is from Provident Property Management.....

My husband and I rented a condo in St. Peters in which they took over management from Mangus Properties on or about 5/1/15. The owner William (Bill) is an absentee landlord who keeps tenants' deposits after vacating the condo at 1521 Piedmont Circle. The owner kept the previous tenant's security deposit and now he's trying to hold onto ours. I am currently fighting for our deposit back from Provident on this very day. The owner has chosen absolutely no contact with his tenants and has appointed Provident to do his dirty work and they are doing so willingly. On every attempt with Provident specifically Alann, who is advertised to be the owner of the company, he always directs the ownership for non receipt of our deposit and all other matters onto the owner, who again we have no way of contacting directly. We completed a thorough walk through on 3/31/16 with their maintenance guy who confirmed there were no damages to the property. We believe they were attempting to play us stupid by having the maintenance guy charge us for cost any landlord/private owner would be responsible for, anything to justify keeping our deposit. Missouri law states we are to have our deposit returned within 30 days after vacating, THIS HAS NOT HAPPENED. I deem it necessary to expose Provident and the owner for who they are. . . unprofessional and vindictive people.
