Rafco Properties

I have had very good luck with Rafco Property Management. Maintenance has always been spot on and general management of the grounds as always been perfect. I have read some of the other reviews and some seem to be from disgruntled employees or an accounting problem which, having a property management background....are typically resident accounting errors. Not all the time but most!! I was very careful when I chose my new residence and Rafco came highly regarded. Mal contents are hard to please. Rafco has always been great to me.

I've been living in a property owned and managed by Rafco for 1.5 years and absolutely love it! The apartment and building are in immaculate condition and maintenance requests are quickly resolved. I will definitely live here until I move out of the area or buy property. I lived in 3 previous rental properties before this and had extreme slumlord experience. I am glad Rafco changed my rental experience in STL! Highly recommend.

Worst management company in St Louis. Very unprofessional staff. Does not complete work in a timely manner. Several staff members are very rude. I am in the Real Estate profession and this company is by far the worst I have dealt with.

As the 9th Fronk Desk "Coordinator" in a 1 year period, I should have known that this place had major issues. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!. The worst career move of my life. The absolute worst company organization/structure I have ever witnessed! Wether it was HIPPA violation laws, violating codes of conduct, etc., this company does it ALL!!! But if your a HEAVY drinker who curses excessively, who is ok with lying to tenants and doesn't mind sharing your personal business with the entire office then you may have a chance.

Very unprofessional company to work for. They don't know how to manage the company . The managers and supervisors are the reason they have lost so many contracts. Brian has hired all of his friends and created jobs and they do nothing but ride around in company vehicles doing absolutely nothing
