Associated Management & Leasing Services

I have been a tenant with Assoc. Management & Leasing Services for 7-8 years! They are fantastic landlords! Joan and Cody have been wonderful! If you ever have a problem they address it immediately. I would highly recommend renting from them! It is rare to find a management company like Associated Management who truly care about their tenants and properties!

I have been renting from Associated management/JMR for a little over a year. The ladies are super easy to work with and all of them are friendly and knowledgeable with the ins and outs of the business side of things. The yard work is done routinely through the company, and done well. Any maintenance is done timely and without issue. All of the neighbors are friendly and also rent from Associated management/JMR. Having rented in other areas of St Louis over the years and having looked at other places in the Washington and Union, our place at Associated management was not only bigger and cleaner but cheaper. Would highly recommend to anyone looking into renting in the area.

I have rented for several years and had terrible experiences with other companies until I found Associated Management/JMR company. I have been renting my duplex from them for almost 3 years now and they are the best!!! I have never had any issues and they are always prompt returning my calls and getting things done. My neighbors all down the road rent front them too and we couldn't be happier!!! I'll never rent from another company again!! ❤️

I rented a Apartment from these people on Fulton Street in town, I lived there for 4 yrs, I always reported to them when other renters destroyed there property, I moved after 4 yrs and had a cleaning company come in and clean the entire apartment, It looked even better then when I rented the unit before hand. They refused to give me my $400.00 deposit back cause they said they found some bread crumbs in one of the kitchen drawers which I inspected before hand not true. Stay away from this company they will never give you your deposit back, they are very shady!

These Gals are AWESOME!!! Helpful, knowledgeable, and considerate, they actually came in on their days off to ensure that I was able to move in when I WANTED TO. I wish they smiled a little more, but other than that, ROCK STAR PERFORMANCE!!!
