Small office, polite staff, but tough to get ahold of. Not good at follow thru. Property was not as advertised, not clean and had damage. Took 3 weeks to get a fridge installed.

Real Property Management Gateway does a great job keeping the owners in the loop about the issues facing the property and helping to keep maintenance costs down, both for pressing repairs and long term preventative maintenance. They have also done a great job finding responsible tenants who pay on time and keep the unit in good shape. Would recommend.

I was shown a property and was told by the agent of another property available in which we set up a showing for the next day at 3pm...he than texted the next day to cancel because he had looked at his schedule wrong and said he could squeeze me in earlier I asked if 1pm was better he stated he could do 10:15 or 10:30 when I confirmed 10:30 he than said well that wont work it will not leave me enough time..I than stated that I work a lot so I would not be available again until the following Monday. I than contacted him that Monday and asked if he was available to show and he stated anytime before noon which I in return said im not available during the days I work a very tight schedule and wouldn't be available any other time this week....he than states and I quote " I apologize but it is hard for me to work with such a constricted schedule and don't think this would work with our company anyways".....I than asked for the name of the company that just doesn't seem to have time to rent a property EVEN though I've reached out 3 different times to schedule a showing.....he than states it just depends on the property we are sub contracted but if you happen to reach out to us again it will come to me and I will be sure not to waste your time.....HORRIABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and just FYI you should probably never tell a potential client or tenant that you just don't have time for them.

I used this management group for my home when I graduated and had to move out of state for a job. At first I was very pleased. The person I had signed up with was great at getting back to me. At doing repairs that needed to be done without feeling ripped off. I have owned rental properties before and now what it takes in order to keep a property in shape as well as keep costs down in order to at least break even. Here lately the tenants the management group have placed in my home have been absolutely HORRIBLE. They have trashed my house, not paid, and the management group did nothing! They would not even keep us in the loop to tell us what was going on. We have tried to reach them for months about things and would get no response, or get promises to call the following week with nothing coming of that. I would steer clear of this group and find anyone else! They want to charge you for EVERYTHING under the sun and will not communicate with you. There was one person we enjoyed dealing with, but that does not seem to be an option anymore. Save yourself a lot of drama and go with another group! RUN AWAY!

From failing to inform us that they moved offices to threatening court action for failing to pay our rent that they lost and never fixing anything that we needed fixed I will NEVER rent from this company again. Correspondence is rude and not at all professional when present (you can't ever get into contact with them and they seldom return calls- the office is never open and, when it is, staff is generally very rude and not at all dressed appropriately for doing bussiness - I don't wear pajamas to work). Inspections were to be done and never occurred but we did frequently receive letters informing us when they would come...and while most of these letters were not received until AFTER the date in which they were supposed to be here, the times in which we were actually notified prior to inspections, they never showed. Near the end of our lease when some repairs that we did not request were being taken care of, we were not informed. We also received threatening letters to "PAY OR QUIT" noting charges that were not supposed to be incurred until a month later. My experience has been so abysmal that I am not renewing my lease with these people and I cannot wait to finally be finished with them. There is so much more I want to say but haven't the time or patience to revisit. I have already contacted the property owner and have advised him to change companies if he has any intention of keeping his property in any kind of acceptable condition.
