Executive Property Management

I've been a renter for the past five years. I went into a new building, but I would compare my experience in Walden Park to cheap college housing. I was in a quickly slapped up college apartment prior to Walden that held up better against me and my girlfriend's emotional support animals. Yes, we had dogs, and we didn't leave the place perfect, but what you get for your money and customer service is far from worth it. So grateful I moved out early, and I'll always look back and laugh about the leaking roof, poor communication, misaligned doors, and easily broken/worn everything. Regret, regret, regret. Live and learn, I guess, but I hope you all learn from my mistakes! A 2 bedroom apartment was over $1,200 after utilities! I should've just rented a house...or two from someone else.

I worked with Executive as a owner between 2016 and 2018. I cannot express my appreciation for all they did. They helped me understand what property improvements were key and then kept me informed every step of the way during the rental. I ended up deciding to sell the house and chose Jeremy Ferguson's wife as my realtor because of my great experience.

Terrible experience as a tenant. The company seems to not care about their tenants at all. Once when you sign the contract, they do not want to talk to you and provide any help if needed. I would not recommend staying at this company's property. People constantly come to watch your apartment. Did not feel like I had my privacy. Smelly and very dirty hallways. Overall, just a whole year of struggle.

Company is timely in responding to requests for needs at apartment (lightbulbs in parking lot lights changed, washing machine, ice maker, etc.), having things fixed in usually 24 hours or less. Rent payment and utilities are both also easy. Place itself was as advertised, no surprises upon check-in. Great group of people to work with!

GREAT people, GREAT service, they are always helpful, and GREAT quality apartments. Very reasonable pricing and I love that I am able to make the place my own. Plus I love that they have so many apartments near campus! Very convenient.
