Pep Boys in Athens, AL has been my go to repair shop for years! I love their service and they have never once over-charged me like some other local shops have attempted to do. I appreciate their professionalism and honest approach with me. Look for Patrick when you head in, he will really take care of your car and get you what you actually need!

Have been doing business with Pep Boys for years, always get good service and they seem to always help me out on the cost in some way. So thank you Pep Boys. Don't let my 4 stars offend you. I never give anyone a zero or a perfect score. Things can always be better or worse.

Walked in and told guy at counter I had a screw in my tire. He told me they would take a look at it. He disappeared and never came back. Waited ten minutes at counter holding my key. Nothing. Left, won't be back.

This establishment has serviced 3 of my cars plus my company car. They are able and willing to get the job done. 

My only gripe is that the waiting room/lobby is borderline freezing
