Was told "we will be finished changing your tires quickly"... After an hour and a half they tell me a few things that can be fixed on my car... when told them no they said "Okay we will start on your tires and get back to you when we are done" it's been another hour and they still aren't done.

It is really, really nice to have a service and tire center of this caliber in the neighborhood. They always do good work in a timely manner. Also, the management team are all very personable and easy to deal with. They have never failed to go the extra mile and I have come to know I can trust them to always treat me and my family fairly. 

This glowing review didn't just happen over night. It has taken several years and dozens of visits with an unblemished record of honesty and great work for me to conclude that Pep Boys runs a tight ship and that this particular location is one of their best.

Needed an emergency oil change and they fixed me right up. Very professional and informative. I really like these boys!!!

They were friendly and affordable. Very happy with the flat repair they performed. Have also bought tires here in the past.
