Would give 6 stars to this place if I could. The place requires reservations weeks ahead so plan well in advance. A different 5 course meal is cooked every day in front of you by different chefs who innovate, create and get a little wild with the menu! Extremely accommodating for vegetarians also and they go out of their way to explain what and why they do what they do. It’s a small setup of about 15 guests or so at a time so it’s a very intimate setting. Been here twice and already planning our next trip.

This was the best food we had in Charleston, maybe the best food ever. 5 courses of fantastic food for $35/person. It is just a fantastic experience to watch the chefs prep, cook and plate your food and then explain it to you. They also play some good tunes while cooking. Make sure you make reservations well ahead of time as they usually book up weeks in advance. I HIGHLY recommend you make this a part of your Charleston experience.

This place was spot on, true to the reviews. The chef said he planned the menu 3 hours before, no one can tell. Nothing seemed rushed. This was the ultimate date night. The atmosphere was cozy to talk to everyone next to you and the timing and amount served in each dish was perfect. You cannot walk in!!!!!! You must make reservations. It's worth the wait and it's an awesome experience. 1/2 the ppl had allergies to all sorts of things but everyone enjoyed themselves! The chef also had music for each meal. They worked so well together like a well oiled machine. After each meal, everything was clean it was fascinating to watch. We were like school kids lining up outside trying to peak to see what they were going to serve what they were going to serve, it added to the experience. Highly recommended!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've never eaten anything on the menu but it sent my taste buds to the moon! The roasted carrot soup started me off wanting more but the cornbread cheese cake was soooooo good at the end I just wanted to hug them 😊. This is the longest review I have ever written but I feel like I haven't said enough. So you must try yourself!

Great experience. Great food. Great conversation with the chefs and other patrons. Plates are small. They are supposed to be. At the end of The evening, they will share more if available. What a fun, fun evening. Just go with the experience. If you go and want to be uptight, this is not for you. Very cramped quarters. You better like socializing with your neighbors! 5 + stars.
