Sleep Inn & Suites Pleasant Hill - Des Moines

Room smelled like chlorine.. pool was right below my room so had to listen to that all night. Then, had to listen to a party til 2 am. Bring a air mattress. Beds are basically cloth and springs.. what padding was on the bed was falling off. Room was like a sauna took forever to cool off. This was all in a presidential suite cant imagine what other rooms are like. Next time i will bring a cardboard box to sleep in it will be more comfortable.

Currently staying here but cannot attest to the breakfast or pool. Hotel is very old and needs to be remodeled. Rooms are nice enough with a mini fridge and microwave. The reason for the 2-stars is I'm getting consistent .66 Mbps download and .08 Mbps upload on the first floor near the lobby. The internet is comparable to dial-up. Email takes forever to load. Takes about a minute to load basic pictures and don't even try to load videos. I travel weekly for work and will avoid Sleep Inns if at all possible in the future. It's 2018. It's time to upgrade your internet.

Our family has a wonderful experience! So many breakfast items to choose from, the room was wonderful and the pool was great!!!!!!! Just the right size for our family, I will definitely book this hotel again and again

This place is awesome..... peaceful and quiet even though its next to the Freeway. Clean, friendly environment with clean rooms, Free WiFi, Pool, Hottub, Coffee pot, Iron and ironing board, Hair Dryer, and in room safet to lock up valuables when out of the room.

Very reasonable price and a nice clean room. The included breakfast was very nice, hot waffles, eggs, ham, yogurt, cereal, everything you could want. Very happy with our stay.
