Great place to stay. room was quiet, clean, and welcoming. the staff checking in was very polite. we saw some of the cleaning crew in the the morning and they were all smiles, very nice to see in the service industry. we will be staying here again.

Tiara checked us in and was so easy going and gave us great information about our stay and the room.  They have a social from 5:30-7:30 PM, complete with complimentary wine, small dinner, salad, beer, and other beverages.  Their breakfast buffet is amazing!  It's a great high end quality hotel for an affordable price. Our family will definitely stay here next time!

Tiara checked us in and was so easy going and gave us great information about our stay and the room.  They have a social from 5:30-7:30 PM, complete with complimentary wine, small dinner, salad, beer, and other beverages.  Their breakfast buffet is amazing!  It's a great high end quality hotel for an affordable price. Our family will definitely stay here next time!

Super friendly staff and the room was great. A great place to stay especially if it is an extended stay.

 The one weird thing about the place was one wall of the pool was entirely window. Even outdoor pools usually have a bit of a privacy fence. It was really pretty though. The street was all lit up with lights in downtown Des Moines and all covered with snow. Just, hopefully you aren't shy about swimming in front of people walking down the street.
