Not all the speakers worked. Those infront worked, but the side ones didnt, so we didn't experience surround sound at all, which was disappointing. We told them about the problem, but they only turned the front speakers louder, and the side ones still had no sound. The theater was very clean though and aside from the sound problem, it was a good experience. We will go again, to see if they are better this time and then I will adjust my rating.
One of the few things to look forward to if living in small nearby towns. Located in an awesome big mall. Friendly staff with good service. Only wish they can upgrade some of their cinema seats, even for 2D movies.
It were ok, the first time the movie we wanted to see were cancelled after we waited for 30min and someone informed us. The second time all went well. The seats are very uncomfortable. Seats are narrow and the handles on side are narrow and need to turn side ways. My husband are not fat and he were very uncomfortable and so were I.
Easy to purchase tickets, just need patience for the 'food que' but worth it. Love sitting at the back of the theartre watching the all time legend Witney Houston's story. I sang along with all the songs
Picture quality is not good. They forgot to switch off the lights when the movie started. Had to leave the cinema to ask for the lights to be turned off.
Clean but the projector wasn't set to properly project onto the screen so a big chunk of the movie was playing off the screen
Sound is always too soft in the cinemas. Otherwise lovely staff
Nice cinema. Good selection of films on show. Unfortunately the ticket machines were all off line but thankfully the staff were quick to assist us. No long queues to worry about. An Imax would really finish off this venue, especially as it's the only cinema between Cape Town and Port Elizabeth.
I always receive wonderful service when I visit this place, the staff is always friendly and willing to assist.
Clean, well supported and formula driven. However there were long queues with one staff working while others had gone "on lunch" at busiest time just before 2 pm movies start.
