It is fast enough to not making me go to any other place. They also have the kiosks and a representative  there to assist  you at the kiosks.

Having had experience with Illinois DMV in Chicago, I can't tell you how pleasant it is to deal with genuinely polite, friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Not to mention short wait times.
I recently made three trips to this facility and was never there for more than an hour.
I always had to bring a book in Chicago.
