Courtyard by Marriott Annapolis

Nice and clean Marriott Hotel located near many restaurants and lots of shopping. Service was very friendly and the rooms were decent-sized with a balcony. The room was quiet and bed super comfy. I had a good night sleep feeling safe and secure. My king bed room overlooking the courtyard was very nice . The only downside is that food and beverages sold downstairs are on the expensive side. Overall, a nice and clean hotel for a reasonable price ... especially in Annapolis.

The staff is beyond helpful and considerate. The rooms are spacious and beds comfortable. Perhaps the best hotel pillows I've had in years. Will definitely stay again.

My husband, two toddlers, and myself stayed here 3 nights. The rooms were updated, clean, and spacious. They do not have complementary breakfast but rather a diner style Starbucks. The breakfast was expensive but tasty. What I want to compliment and draw attention to the most was the customer service. When we checked in, the gentleman at the front desk was smiling and extremely polite. He gave us a room on the first floor, located right by an exit and near the pool as we mentioned how excited our kids were to swim. One of the days, as our son was having a meltdown, the key to our room stopped working. The General Manager, Shenay, was walking down the hall and politely greeted us and asked if she could help. She found the maintenance man who was able to get us in our room despite the fact the battery was dead on the lock. He was also, extremely polite and smiled the whole time. They made a stressful situation better by their caring, politeness, and general demeanor. Kindness goes a long way. Thank you!

Nice comfortable place. Very clean room and cozy bed. Indoor pool and hot tub are nice, but pool could be cleaner. Very accommodating bartenders.
