Spacious suite with separate living, kitchen and bedroom. Furniture was comfortable enough. Bed watching standard. The sink had plenty of counter space. Kitchen was a good size with a full size fridge and even a dishwasher. But there is no dishwasher soap, just regular dish soap.
This receive a 3 star instead of a 4 star because of the next two issued.
1. The bathtub grout was disgust. Mold and mildew. Looked like they got to scrub that part of the tub.
2. The continental breakfast was 6am-10am but be prepared not to get any eggs or breakfast meats if you do not arrive before 9:30am. I was told by the staff making those breakfast items at 9:30am they we're not making any more eggs or sausage even though they were depleted.

The staff was great. The hotel itself, not so much.
When I went up to my room I encountered brown water coming from the sink and bathtub. I immediately went down to the lobby and the staff quickly apologized and gave me a new room. Very efficient. They even offered me some bottled water since I no longer trusted the water for drinking.
Unfortunately the new room had the same problem. I let the water run for about 20-30 minutes and the water eventually came out cloudy, but not brown. Since by then it was late, I ended up staying.
One other thing... The pool was a dark brownish green. With warm sunny days that oversight in maintenance seems to indicate their concern for keeping the place up.
I don't plan to return.

Somehow our reservation was cancelled, thankfully Aaron at the front desk took care of us and gave us the same room rate. The rooms are pretty nice. The only part not totally redone was the bathroom. A bit tired looking.
Overall an acceptable room!!

They ruined my wedding! I wrote their corporate office a lengthily complaint letter. Corporate responded to me via email saying the local manager would reach out to me within three days. After the three days passed (with no contact from the manager) they again emailed me saying "we see that this local manager did not respond to you. However it is NOT out responsibility to follow up with the local manager about your complaint and we will not be following up with you anymore. Hit point of the complaints.
* Noisy Unprofessional house keeping staff messed with our personal venue items, diffing through our things.
*Inaccurate and inconsistent pricing on rooms.
*Deliberate lies from staff to all wedding party members.
*INCOMPLETE CONTRACT WORK that they did not follow up through. (Holes in the walls, missing cabinets etc..) They told me their contractor "lost" the pieces and they were not going to be finishing the work.

Actually, I'm very surprised at the lack of space in the regular base room. I've stayed at several Hampton Inns and never have I ever run into anything like this. There are not even real closets. It is simply a curtain that is next to the bed that can be left open or pulled closed. The vanity in the sink has no space. The heat was not working, so they actually put us in a bigger room as there were a couple of other issues in the room that we were in. The plus here is the friendly staff; other than that, honestly I'm surprisingly dissappionted! UPDATE: I had actually given this three stars, I decided the three stars was still a bit much. When we first got here the staff was super friendly our last day not so much. The new room we had to move ourselves intoto had just as many issues! The electrical outlet on one side of the bed did not work nor did the lamp or the phone. They said they would make sure that works for the next guest, what about this this guest, where is my compensation for all the things that have gone wrong? Also, look at all the water that ran from the shower that is just unacceptable!
