DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Largo/Washington DC

This was a real poor experience. Would never go back. Our car got hit in the parking lot and they can't even help figure out who hit it. It's park at your own risk they say. I say if your a company you should want your costumer to feel safe along with there belongings. Also the parking lot size was to small for the amount of people the hotel could hold adding to the chance of incident.

Ebony was very helpful during check-in. Hotel and room was very clean also the bed was very comfortable. The reason I did not give 5 Stars because the refrigerator was not working when we arrived. We called the front desk and maintenance was sent right away. The technician replaced it however the replacement did not get really cold either so we are unable to store our food. Other than that, I would definitely recommend.

Nice staff. Pool area was not available due to cleaning. The gym is very small. The rooms are nice and they are clean. This is just an average hotel. The should add more staff as the maintenance man and van driver are the same. So I had to wait 30 min. for the driver to drop me off at the subway station and over an 1 1/2 hours for him to pick me up from the subway and it was cold outside. The food was good. They double charged my roommate. She was paying in cash, but they failed to remove her card and not charge it. A month later, my roommate realized the error and contacted them. They did resolve it.

The hotel was very nice and the workers were very kind. The bathroom was clean and there were shapoos, conditioners, and soap provided. The only thing is the room I stayed at had no clock

Great location for a quick trip to DC. They offer a free shuttle to shops in the surrounding area. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the free cookies were tasty.
