Nice place to stay, large king-bed room, clean and a good hot breakfast. My only complaint is the air conditioning units need replaced. I've stayed here 3 times in the summer the last 1 1/2 years and each time the rooms have been uncomfortably warm. The AC units barely blow cool air! This last visit we went and bought a fan! So, sadly this is our last visit to this hotel.

I was there for a meeting. The room was warm. The people were working on their laptop so it would have been helpful to have small tables instead of just rows of chairs.

It was clear that the hotel was recently remodeled and had a new lobby. The workers were easy and helped us find everything we were looking for. Its also a great location next to fast food and groceries.

Overall experience was good but coordination between staff was missing. There was no hot water supply for one day. Evening staff said technician is on his way but when talk to manager next day, he was surprised. He says, there was no complain.

SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!! If i could give this hotel a 0 i would. This hotel was absolutely awful. I was traveling to DC for a school trip. We got to the hotel got our key cards and traveled up to our room. 3 other girls and me showered and climbed into bed. We found that there was makeup all over our bed sheets and pillows. we called the front desk but they were not very helpful. we were too angry to realized that the room was extremely humid and the AC wasn't working. a maintenance worker came up to try to fix it but but was broken. we went down to the front desk and demand for another room because the heat and makeup were not what we wanted after traveling 8 hours to get to DC and spending they day in the city. They kindly gave us a new room after one of our chaperones argued with the manager. we got to our new hotel room and the second we walked in it smelled like smoke, we later found out that they had put 4 teenage girls in a smoking room. we found urine stains all over the toilet, and hair in the sink and shower. one of my shoes fell under the bed and while retrieving it i found an open water bottle with a skeptical substance in it. we tried to go to bed yet another time but we found drops of what looked like blood in the pillows so we slept without pillows that night because housekeeping wouldn't bring us others. we turned off the lights to find that all of the 3 lamps were damaged and only 2 out of the 8 outlets worked. during the next day in the city all of our clothes reeked of smoke from the room. the next night we decided that this was crazy and the smoke smell was unbearable so we got another room. the key cards did not work and there was only one knob on the closet doors. there was dirt on the bathtub and wet towels hanging on the back of the door. the coffee maker didn't work and was held together by duct tape. also the room had a weird foot odor. This experience was the worst hotel experience of my life and i wouldn't stay here ever again. the only good part about the hotel was its breakfast but you could purchase a better one at dunkin donuts.
