Holiday Inn Express & Suites

This place was amazing. Super clean and comfortable. The staff was more than helpful and kind. They went over and beyond for my daughter and I after a long stressful and hard day/ night. This place is truly a gem. Thank you.

Had a decent stay here, as I always do at any Holiday Inn. If you're thinking of staying at this particular location, I would recommend asking them about their water temperature before you book. During my stay here, the water temperature would not go above lukewarm. It wasn't horrible, but not what you expect from a hotel. Otherwise everything about my stay was good.

No hot water, really! Nothing else really matters if you have no hot water. BEWARE! Also watch the elevator on the right, it is on the blink. After 1 in the morning and I just want a shower before bed, sweaty nasty long day, and no hot water. Close this place down and maybe build a hotel here!

Stopped to use the restroom about 5am while traveling and was given a hard time since I wasn't a guest. After a brief conversation, I proceeded to the restroom. I didn't see any sign posted that restrooms are for guests only. I prefer to use hotel restrooms vs. a gas station when traveling. I have never experienced anything like this ever before and couldn't understand the front desk representative's ramdom ruling at the Holiday Inn located in Laurel, MD.

I ALWAYS GOOGLE THE HOTEL AND LOCATION IN BEFORE BOOKING MY STAY. I WOULD STAY AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN.THE STAFF WAS PROFESSIONAL AND VERY COMFORTABLE TO TALK WITH ONE STAFF MEMBERS NAME COMES TO MINE.(BRUCE) THANK YOU. P.S. I AM A IHG REWARDS CLUB MEMBER .BUT ALMOST NEVER SHARE THIS INFO WITH THE HOTELS. KEEP UP THE GREAT SERVICE.
